Today’s the day! Lady Grace is heading to Marathon Florida for her winter escape. We have an amazing crew that will be taking Lady Grace. As we head off, we thank Captain Jamie for his diligence in choosing a safe course, our deckhands, Eric, Wade & Jeff, for keeping the boat safe and operating smoothly, to our chef, Terry, for keeping us all fed, and to our furry companion Itty Bitty, for being our pet therapy. It was a beautiful sunny day heading out of Barnegat Light Bay, past the lighthouse and out to open water. It took a few hours to cruise past Atlantic City where we had some good waves, and Lady Grace finished it off with a “red at night, sailors delight” sunset as we pulled into Cape May for the night. Our last great photo was of the gorgeous moonlight night as headed back to the boat from dinner for a good rest before we continue on tomorrowf.
