Property Accessibility Statement
Lady Grace requires guests to notify us in writing at time of booking of any medical condition, physical illness or disability or other conditions for which special accommodations are necessary or contemplated.
Lady Grace is a moving vessel and can have various and sudden motion both at the dock and underway. Guests needing any form of assistance and those who are physically disabled must be accompanied by someone who will take full responsibility for any needed assistance during a charter or in the event of an emergency.
- A boarding ramp is necessary to enter the Lady Grace which includes multiple steps up a gangway.
- The slope of the gangway will change based upon tides and docking facilities, and is a standard gangway width, which will not accommodate a wheelchair.
- There are railings on both sides of the gangway.
- The staterooms in the Lady Grace are located below the main deck and do require guests to be able to manage stairs for access.
- Railings are in each staircase.
- Additionally, there may be certain physical design of the vessel, including stairways, and narrow passageways within the boat that may limit or preclude the accessibility of guests to some areas.
